V.Ships Offshore have been appointed as the technical and crewing managers for the newly-built Ceona Amazon, a multi-purpose Subsea Construction Vessel capable of both blue-sea and harsh environment projects. The DP2-capable vessel, which was delivered on time and on budget, will be the flagship for the Ceona fleet and will be ready to operate in the first quarter of 2015.
The Atlantic Basin will be the core market for the Ceona Amazon, in line with Ceona’s other work in Brazil, West Africa and the Gulf of Mexico and will help V.Ships Offshore strengthen their position in these areas.
